All Seasons Carpet & Janitorial Service, Inc. has been in business for 22 years. Our management staff has a cumulative amount of 55 years of management experience; including our project manager with 30 yrs. of management experience and our quality control manager with 25 yrs. and our CPA with 35 years.
Our administrative staff consists of an Office Manager with 10 years, a specialty in QuickBooks Accounting and our Administrative Assistant with 5 years, to manage our Human Resources requirements, report and manage our employee’s issues and manage phone calls.
We also employ several inspectors to ensure that the quality control program is instituted effectively to ensure the customer receives the services according to the statement of work.
Currently we clean approximately 166 buildings daily from 7:30 A. M. to 3:30 P. M. We clean every type of facility that may exist on a respective customer’s property.
We currently clean; Administrative Buildings, Child Care Buildings, Classrooms, Break rooms, Cafeterias, Medical Clinics, Fire Station, Police Station, Security Areas, Secured Areas, Mechanic Shops and Transportation Facilities. During our years of government contracting, we have never received a Contract Deficiency Report (CDR), reporting insufficient service.
We have a staff of 30 employees with (2) Supervisors that work the field every day and perform quality control inspections daily. Our supervisors have been trained to schedule employees and extra work, they have also been trained to train new employees and introduce them to their specific work areas.
Customer service is our top priority and is emphasized to each and everyone on our team.

Each and every team member is encouraged and expected to adopt this approach as they perform their cleaning duties.
We have experienced that most individuals interested in giving a honest day’s work for a honest day’s pay respects this motto and ascribe to it as they perform their individual job duties, and adopt the philosophy of not cutting corners, but cleaning corners because they are proud of their work.
These are the individuals that our management staff is attracted to. We just seem to migrate together through the interview session. But it is during the training period, when the desired individuals will rise to the top.
We have great training supervisors. We train the individual to clean according to the statement of work, but also inspect their own work. We require that each individual walk through their area and check for things missed.
This is done before the supervisor’s check. We’ve found this to be very effective and allow our supervisors to also assume some cleaning responsibilities in much prioritized areas.
We ask that the bid evaluation committee take notice to our quality assurance program, inspection sheets and technical understanding of the facility.
This is our approach to quality assurance and our attempt to comply with the entire scope of work.
